Track Your Order

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Open that link to see where your order is.

If the link shows nothing yet

It can take as much as 48 hours after dispatch for the carrier to record the first scan. Until then the link may show no movement.

If you cannot find the email

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email info@averyandcharles.com with your order number and we will resend the tracking link within 24 hours on business days.

If the parcel is late

The total delivery time is 6 to 15 business days from the time the order is placed. If that has passed, email info@averyandcharles.com with your order number. We will trace the parcel with the carrier and either resend the order or refund it.
