How to Return an Item & Restocking Fee
You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this timeframe cannot be processed.
To begin, please email us at support@averyandcharles.com. Our team will provide you with the instructions needed to complete your return.
Before sending the item(s) back, please ensure that:
- The items are not used or washed
- All original tags are still attached
- The items are placed in their original packaging
Please pack your return securely and send it using a reliable courier service. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.


Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds
After we receive and review your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@averyandcharles.com with the details of the item you wish to exchange. Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and still has all original tags attached. Our team will provide you with clear guidance to complete the exchange process.
Order Cancellations and Damaged Items
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@averyandcharles.com. Please note that cancellations are no longer possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, please contact us right away at support@averyandcharles.com, including clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the matter promptly and arrange for the correct item or a suitable replacement.
