Shipping Process

When your order is placed, you will first receive a confirmation email. Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. The package transit time is approximately 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Possible Delays

While we aim to ensure smooth delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to external factors. If your parcel has not arrived within the total delivery time, please allow up to 3 additional business days (Monday to Friday). Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@averyandcharles.com. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as ordered, please notify us immediately at support@averyandcharles.com, including photos of the issue. Our team will promptly review your request and arrange a replacement.
